Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% charge will be applied to the client credit card on file if our booking/cancellation policy is not met. Please call or text 562-682-4324 to cancel your appointment. This provides other clients an opportunity to take your appointment should you no longer be free to keep yours. Credit card details are requested to secure all bookings and updated accordingly if the date expires.
